Niel Thakkar

CEO, CO-FOUNDER
Niel Thakkar, Co-Founder and CEO of Attronica, leads the company's Sales Division and drives profitability while managing the organizational structure, strategy, and communications from our primary location in Glen Allen, VA. Mr. Thakkar also manages the Sales Team, leading new product innovation and overseeing operations. As a global citizen advocate, Mr. Thakkar encourages and supports Attronica's involvement in cross-cultural initiatives that align with the belief that businesses have a responsibility to contribute to society.
Mr. Thakkar attended University in Bombay, India, majoring in Mathematics.
Vivek Karkhanis

PRESIDENT, COO
Vivek Karkhanis is Attronica’s President and COO. Since joining Attronica in 1999, Mr. Karkhanis has held many roles from Systems Analyst (1999-2001), to Manager of Special Projects (2002-05), to VP of Operations (2005-07), to GM (2007-08), to COO (2008-14). Mr. Karkhanis is responsible for day-to-day oversight of activities of the entire corporation with a specific focus on production operations, personnel, and financial transactions.
Mr. Karkhanis holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pune, India, and a B.S. in Engineering from Bombay University. Mr. Karkhanis also served as Visiting Faculty for Chartered Accountants Institute of India in Mumbai.
Ali Tajdar

VP OF ENGINEERING
Ali Tajdar is Attronica’s VP of Engineering. Prior to Attronica, Mr. Tajdar co-founded and managed Expert Systems Integrators (Bethesda, MD). Today, as VP of Engineering, Mr. Tajdar oversees IT services, programs, and customized solutions. Additionally, Mr. Tajdar leads enterprise-level consulting services in IT design and implementation.
Mr. Tajdar holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from New York University and a M.S. degree in Computer Science from UCLA. Mr. Tajdar also holds numerous technology industry certifications, including Microsoft Certified Professional, Certified Novell Engineer, and CISCO.
Esmail Sadehghi

VP, MIS, QMS MANAGER
Esmail Sadehghi is Attronica’s VP of Management Information Systems (MIS). Since joining Attronica in 1998, Mr. Sadehghi has led expansions of the division of MIS and Software Engineering divisions. Mr. Sadeghi also serves as Attronica's Quality Management Systems (QMS) Manager and is responsible for overseeing quality inspections, and use of evaluation methods to ensure that products adhere to company standards.
Mr. Sadeghi has a M.S. from Villanova University. Mr. Sadeghi is certified by Microsoft Corporation as MCSE and MCT. Mr. Sadeghi also serves as Adjunct Faculty Member with the Howard County Community College and Montgomery College in Maryland.
Nutan Rawool

VP SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Nutan Rawool is Attronica’s VP of Software Development. For over 20 years, Ms. Rawool has achieved success in a variety of roles starting as Systems Analyst, then as a Director of Software Engineering and now as VP of Software Development. Today, Ms. Rawool oversees requirement capturing, design and development of various software systems.
Ms. Rawool has B.S. and BTech in Computer Engineering and B.S. with Physics Major from University of Mumbai, India.
Atul Thakkar

CO-FOUNDER, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD
Atul Thakkar is co-founder and Chairman of the Board. For over 38 years, Mr. Thakkar has contributed to the success of Attronica. As one of the original three co-founders of Attronica, Mr. Thakkar has held many roles over the years.
Mr. Thakkar holds a MBA in Operations Research from Loyola University. Mr. Thakkar also holds a M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering Illinois Institute of Technology. In addition, Mr. Thakkar also holds a BTech in Electrical Engineering.
Ron Irving

VP AV TECHNOLOGIES
Ron Irving is Attronica's VP of AV Technologies. Since 1998, Ron Irving has enjoyed being a part of Attronica's team starting as a Systems Engineer and traveling Field Technician. In the last decade, Mr. Irving has worked to create and establish Attronica's Audio-visual (AV) department.
Mr. Irving started his career as a communications lineman 40 yrs ago while attending Virginia Commonwealth University and completing his studies at Commonwealth Business College. He holds a Microsoft MCSE, Cisco CCDA, Certified Fiber Installer and various product certifications.

Since 1984,
Attronica has grown from 5 employees to 85+ with 5 locations and revenues over
$80 million.
